Chandra Mohan S.T
Human Resources Manager
Mr Chandra Mohan S.T is a human resources and industrial relations consultant who has more than 40 years experience. He holds a Master of Science (HRM) degree from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. He has several years of practical experience, having served in senior HR management positions at leading GLCs. He also lectured on human resource and strategic management at higher education institutions for several years.
Upon leaving the corporate sector, he was appointed as an adviser to the Minister of Human Resources and served in this capacity for four years (2019-2023) providing specialised input on trade union- employer relations, international labour standards and review of labour legislations. Due to this involvement, he has the added advantage of having participated in the discussions and deliberations relating to this particular amendments.

SRI RAJINI KANTH is a certified John Maxwell Team trainer. He started his carrier with Strategic Business School, due to his strong personality and marketing talent, he was promoted as the Programme Manager in handling various MBA’s and MSc’s from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, University of Sunderland, UK and University of Western Sydney, Australia.
He is well versed towards conducting various programmes under Human Resource Ministry, Malaysia, in which he successfully conducted programmes such as: Graduate Training Scheme, Retrenchment Training Scheme, Train & Place, Unemployed Youth Programs and various Upskilling & Reskilling training programs.
With 23 years of education and training background, he has consulted various MNC, GLC and SMI’s in setting up in-house training schools. He has also created and presented training programs and motivational talks to numerous organizations, both public and private sectors. He speaks and trains using experiential learning methodologies.
Sri had successfully participated and conducted training programmes on Team Building, Mindset Transformation, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Supervisory Development Programme, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking and many more Human Resources programmes. He has also attended numerous international conferences.
Sri has designed and created the Leadership Assessment Center for Hewlett-Packard Malaysia. The testing center was a success and became a benchmark to various HP ITO offices. He has also designed and conducted various Team Building programs for companies such as SCOMI, Plastic Center, Pennzoil, Symphony, Utusan Melayu, Felda Holding, Yutaka Sangyo, SONY EMCS, CEVA Logistics, Kontena Nasional, PKNS. HP etc
